1. 개요

SynapSet(이하 "본 앱")은 정체성 기반 습관 형성을 돕는 앱입니다. RaynearSoft(이하 "당사")는 본 앱이 접근·수집·이용·공유하는 데이터를 이 방침에 포괄적으로 공개합니다.

본 앱은 회원 가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 사용자가 만든 습관·정체성·기록 데이터는 기기 내부 데이터베이스에 저장되며 당사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 당사는 사용자 계정 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.

2. 수집·이용하는 데이터

2.1 위치 정보 (정밀 위치 및 대략적 위치)

본 앱은 위치 기반 습관 알림(지오펜스 트리거) 기능을 제공하기 위해 위치 정보에 접근합니다.

• 수집 시점 ① — 사용자가 습관 체인에 위치 트리거를 추가하며 지도에서 장소를 지정할 때, 지도에 현재 위치를 표시하기 위해 기기의 현재 좌표(위도·경도)를 조회합니다.
• 수집 시점 ② — 위치 트리거를 하나 이상 설정한 경우, 지정한 장소에 도착·이탈했는지 판단하기 위해 앱이 화면에 떠 있지 않은 동안에도(포그라운드 서비스 형태로 동작하는 지오펜스 감시) 기기 위치를 주기적으로 확인합니다. Android에서는 이때 상태 표시줄에 실행 중임을 알리는 알림이 표시됩니다.
• 이용 목적 — 오직 사용자가 직접 설정한 위치 트리거의 진입·이탈 판정과 그에 따른 습관 알림 발송에만 사용합니다.
• 저장 — 사용자가 지정한 장소의 좌표·반경·이름은 기기 내부 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. 당사는 위치 좌표를 당사 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않으며, 광고 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
• 지도 표시 — 장소 선택 화면의 지도는 Google Maps SDK로 제공되며, 지도 타일을 표시하는 과정에서 Google이 자체 정책에 따라 관련 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
• 철회 — 기기 설정 > 앱 > SynapSet > 권한에서 위치 권한을 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 위치 트리거 기능만 동작하지 않고 나머지 기능은 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정에서 저장된 장소를 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

2.2 카메라·사진 및 마이크·오디오

• 사용자가 정체성 카드나 습관 기록에 사진을 첨부할 때 카메라 또는 사진 보관함에 접근합니다.
• 사용자가 음성 메모를 녹음할 때 마이크에 접근합니다.
• 촬영·선택한 이미지와 녹음한 오디오는 기기 내부에만 저장되며 당사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 해당 기능을 쓰지 않으면 접근이 발생하지 않습니다.

2.3 생체 인증

앱 잠금 기능을 켠 경우 기기의 생체 인증(지문·얼굴)을 사용합니다. 인증은 운영체제가 처리하며 본 앱은 성공/실패 결과만 전달받습니다. 생체 정보 자체는 앱이 접근하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

2.4 이용 기록 및 기기 정보 (분석)

Google Firebase Analytics를 통해 화면 전환, 기능 사용 이벤트 등 비식별 이용 기록과 기기 모델·운영체제 버전·앱 버전·언어·국가, 앱 인스턴스 식별자를 수집합니다. 목적은 기능 개선과 오류 파악입니다.

2.5 진단 및 오류 데이터

Google Firebase Crashlytics를 통해 앱이 비정상 종료되었을 때 스택 트레이스, 기기 상태, 앱 버전 등 진단 정보를 수집합니다.

2.6 광고 데이터

본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 게재·측정·사기 방지를 위해 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA)와 기기·이용 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 사용자가 동의한 경우 맞춤 광고에 이용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고하세요. 광고 개인 최적화는 기기 설정(Android: 설정 > Google > 광고 / iOS: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 추적)에서 제한할 수 있습니다.

2.7 구매 정보

프리미엄 구독은 Google Play 및 App Store의 인앱 결제로 처리됩니다. 결제 수단 정보는 각 스토어가 처리하며 본 앱은 접근하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 구독 활성 여부와 같은 구매 상태만 전달받습니다.

2.8 알림

습관 알림을 보내기 위해 알림 권한을 사용합니다. 알림 내용은 기기 내부에서 생성되며 당사 서버를 거치지 않습니다.

당사는 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다. 위 표에 표시된 범위에서 다음 서비스 제공자가 데이터를 처리합니다.

• Google LLC — Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob, Google Maps (개인정보처리방침)
• Google Play, Apple App Store — 인앱 결제 처리

법령에 따라 요구되는 경우에는 관계 법령이 정한 절차에 따라 제공될 수 있습니다.

5. 보관 기간 및 삭제

• 기기 내 데이터(습관, 정체성, 장소, 사진, 오디오)는 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 분석·진단 데이터는 Google Firebase의 기본 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 삭제됩니다.

6. 사용자의 권리

사용자는 기기 설정에서 언제든지 위치·카메라·마이크·사진·알림 권한을 개별적으로 허용하거나 철회할 수 있으며, 앱 내에서 저장된 장소·기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 거주 지역 법령(예: GDPR, CCPA)에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한을 요청할 권리가 있는 경우 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만(미국 기준 13세 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 변경된 방침과 시행일을 게시합니다.

1. Overview

SynapSet ("the App") helps users build identity-based habits. RaynearSoft ("we") discloses below, comprehensively, how the App accesses, collects, uses, and shares data.

The App requires no account or sign-in. Habits, identities, and logs you create are stored in a database on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. We do not operate a user account database.

2. Data we access and collect

2.1 Location data (precise and approximate)

The App accesses location data to provide location-based habit reminders (geofence triggers).

• When ① — When you add a location trigger to a habit chain and pick a place on the map, the App reads your device's current coordinates (latitude/longitude) to show your position on the map.
• When ② — If you have set up at least one location trigger, the App checks your device location periodically even when the App is not open (geofence monitoring running as a foreground service) in order to detect arrival at or departure from the places you chose. On Android a persistent notification indicates that this service is running.
• Purpose — Solely to evaluate the entry/exit conditions of the location triggers you created and to deliver the corresponding habit reminders.
• Storage — The coordinates, radius, and name of the places you save are stored in the App's local database on your device. We do not transmit or store location coordinates on our servers, do not use them for advertising, and do not sell them to third parties.
• Maps — The place-picker map is provided by the Google Maps SDK; Google may process related data under its own policies when rendering map tiles.
• Withdrawal — You can revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings (Settings > Apps > SynapSet > Permissions). Only the location trigger feature stops working; everything else continues to function. You can also delete saved places inside the App.

2.2 Camera, photos, microphone and audio

• The camera or photo library is accessed when you attach an image to an identity card or a habit log.
• The microphone is accessed when you record a voice memo.
• Captured images and recorded audio are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. If you do not use these features, no such access occurs.

2.3 Biometrics

If you enable app lock, the device's biometric authentication (fingerprint/face) is used. Authentication is performed by the operating system; the App receives only a success or failure result and never accesses or stores biometric data.

2.4 Usage and device information (analytics)

Through Google Firebase Analytics we collect non-identifying usage data such as screen views and feature events, along with device model, OS version, app version, language, country, and an app instance identifier, in order to improve the App and diagnose issues.

2.5 Diagnostics and crash data

Through Google Firebase Crashlytics we collect stack traces, device state, and app version when the App crashes.

2.6 Advertising data

The App shows Google AdMob advertisements. AdMob may process advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA) and device/usage information to serve, measure, and protect ads, and — where you have consented — to personalize ads. See Google's advertising policies. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.

2.7 Purchase information

Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play and the App Store in-app billing. Payment details are handled by those stores and are never accessible to the App; the App receives only purchase status such as whether a subscription is active.

2.8 Notifications

The notification permission is used to deliver habit reminders. Notification content is generated on your device and does not pass through our servers.

We do not sell user data. Within the scope shown above, the following providers process data:

• Google LLC — Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob, Google Maps (Privacy Policy)
• Google Play, Apple App Store — in-app purchase processing

Data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

5. Retention and deletion

• On-device data (habits, identities, places, photos, audio) is deleted when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
• Analytics and diagnostics data is retained according to Google Firebase's default retention settings and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You may grant or revoke the location, camera, microphone, photos, and notification permissions individually at any time in your device settings, and delete saved places and records inside the App. Where applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) grants you rights of access, correction, deletion, or restriction, you may exercise them via the contact below.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 (under 13 in the United States) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated policy and its effective date will be posted on this page.
